From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, here is exactly what happens — every step of the way.
1. You Place Your Order
Once you complete checkout at kbeautymart.ca you will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary and details. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
2. Order Processing (1–2 Business Days)
Our team reviews and verifies all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are prioritized for same-day processing whenever possible.
Our packing team does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. However, our customer support team is still available to answer your questions via chat and email.
During holidays and peak shopping periods, order processing may take a little longer due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
3. Eco-Friendly Packing
Every KBeauty Mart order is carefully packed by hand using 100% sustainable materials:
- 📦 100% Recycled Paper Box — Sturdy, fully recyclable shipping boxes
- 🌿 Paper Tape — Plastic-free sealing from top to bottom
- 📰 Recycled Paper Wrapping — Your products are individually wrapped to prevent damage in transit — no plastic bubble wrap, no foam fillers
All packaging materials are curbside recyclable. Simply flatten the box and place it in your blue bin.

4. Tracking Number Sent to You
Once your order is packed and handed to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery to Your Door
